April 2007 - Chartwell and
Intervista join forces.
Announcing our new
courses
Chartwell is committed to knowledge
transfer. This is reflected
in a unique offering
unlike any other consulting
firm.
Chartwell is a national leader in the development,
and leading the adoption of open standards for Enterprise Business
Architecture (EBA). Our brand for excellence in public sector
is complimented by our National Public Sector Program, to promote
the sharing and reuse of planning standards for transformation.
In both our public and private sector
practices, Chartwell is committed to knowledge transfer. We have
teamed up with two renowned education partners nationally to
promote leadership, community of interest and best practice for
business architecture, to teach the best thinking in the industry.
Our seminars and courseware promote awareness
and industry knowledge through to the practical application of
skills for success to implement and apply business design tools
in your organization.
We have two new offerings coming up this year
that we are very excited to share.
Chartwell and Intervista have
developed a 3 day seminar and workshop, Enabling
the client-centric world. Business Architecture, Strategies
for transformation and innovation. This
3 day seminar and workshop is for both public
and private sector professionals,
and provides an in-depth perspective on the power of an architected
approach to strategy and planning and the benefits of business
architecture.
If you are planning for SOA, improving
business operations, or wanting the most out of your technology
investments, this seminar is for you. The course will teach
you how to ensure that your strategic business goals are aligned
and understood within your business and IT organization, and
will provide an in-depth overview on the value of a rigorous
and proven planning approach. This is the “what” and
the “why” of EBA, with an opportunity to delve
in to the models and take them for a test drive.
Chartwell and Nexient have been
delivering a public sector program for the past four years,
to over 500 public sector employees. This coming year we are
expanding the program to include a more comprehensive certification
program for the practical application of enterprise business
architecture skills and competencies. This is the “How” of
EBA, for public sector.
EBA is a career path for architects,
business analysts and IT specialists and professionals, MBA
and MPA grads interested in entering the planning and design
realm and working in public sector. You
will learn the steps to apply systematic
thinking, planning and building effectiveness and efficiency
into any organization. This program will offer the “heavy
lifting” for those that want to apply these skills every
day in their work environment. Stay tuned!
All of our offerings are taught by Chartwell
senior practitioners, and include real life case studies that
our participants can relate to.
We feel this commitment demonstrates that we
are unlike any other consulting firm in the market. We understand
the business of government, and we know how to apply the best
thinking in the industry to help our public sector partners improve
the business of government and are committed to that end.
"Those that know, do. Those that understand,
teach." - Aristotle
