He is the originator of our government reference model series – the MRM, PSRM and GSRM – standards for public sector enterprise architecture and business design that are embraced at all levels of government in Canada. Skip's unique perspective on optimizing the design of government policy and operations through the use of formal modeling and design methods is supplemented by his extensive research into business patterns, allowing him to provide unique insights on strategic business and IT alignment. His vision of working to the betterment of the public sector by creating 'open standards" for business models to support more effective government transformation is engrained in the Chartwell team due to his leadership, dedication and unwavering commitment. He is recognized as a global thought leader and consults on key assignments nationally and abroad. He supports the development of Chartwell's capabilities as director of Chartwell’s internal Knowledge Management Program.
