Sandy McBride – by Catherine Smith

Sandy has been a Chartwell partner and leader in the firm since 1988. Sandy is our Chief Operating Officer, and as such, manages our consulting operations. He also leads Chartwell’s large implementation engagements. Noteworthy, Sandy was a leader on one of our flagship projects, City of Toronto, Works Best Practices engagement – a $175M transformation program, from 1996 to 2005 – which has successfully integrated the transformation of people, process and technology for the City of Toronto’s Water programs. A recent project review has validated the achievement of a net savings of over $36M per year.

Sandy is insightful and decisive. His commitment to uncompromising excellence and client satisfaction are absolute. You know you can rely on him to give you the right answers, the honest answers. When he says you can succeed, you can believe him. He will get you there.

Of course, he is a sports enthusiast, enjoying strategy and tactics “on the field” as well as off. He coaches his son Mitchell’s soccer team, and loves the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
