Introduction
As governments design and measure the impact of the delivery of programs and services to citizens, there is a critical need to break down the boundaries between departments, functions, ministries, and even different levels of government.
The modeling of public sector business architectures to allow for the optimization of programs, services, and processes is performed by Business Architects who can capture the “AS-IS” state of complex value chains, and can design the optimized “FUTURE-STATE” for appropriate automation.
Business Architecture Program for Public Sector Personnel
Nexient Learning and Chartwell Inc. have developed a program to deliver a comprehensive curriculum targeted at those public sector personnel responsible for the development of business architectures for public sector enterprises, particularly in the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. The courses are targeted at the needs of Change Managers, Business Architects, Business Analysts and Designers.
