Deron, Vice President, Business Development and Sales. He is Chartwell’s face to new clients. He brings his effective listening and communicatons skills to the task of understanding client requirements. He ensures these requirements and needs are translated into articulated solutions that Chartwell’s consultants can deliver. As our clients know, he is their trusted source. He honours and respects the client relationship, and is appreciated for his ability to balance attentiveness and responsiveness.

Deron has extensive experience in developing and growing services and product firms, relationship building, the conceptualization of business plans and proposals and helping to identify and express clients’ business problems. He brings this experience to Chartwell to further the corporate objectives for business and revenue growth - he is considered the architect of the business development function.

With his understanding of the marketplace and his commitment to client satisfaction, Deron has been able to move Chartwell forward towards its goal of achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction.
